Description

From any discipline, early-career researchers who are ready for developing their research identity are funded through this scheme. There will be an understanding that could ameliorate human health, life and wellbeing through innovative projects. Until the end of the award program, those researchers will be ready for leading their own research program independently.

Your host organization is based in Republic of Ireland, UK, Low- or middle-income countries (apart from India and mainland China). The funding duration is usually 5 years, but may be shorter for some disciplines, and it may take a long period if held on a part-time basis

Value

The funding covers your salary and up to £400,000 for expenses on research. When eligible, you may also request other funding for overseas overheads and allowances.
